Returns, Exchanges, And Cancellation.

Returns

We don’t accept returns of any of our products. A piece once sold can’t be taken back. We strictly do not provide any refunds.

Exchanges

We provide exchange services, in case of a damage or if the product is wrongly delivered. In that scenario, the exchange will be done on our expense and the product will be picked up from the customer’s doorstep.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not opened or unused, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at kaajdelights1@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 12hours of placing the order only through email.

To cancel the order,  You can Email Us – kaajdelights1@gmail.com (From 10 AM to 9 PM, Mon to Sat) within 12 hours of placing the order. We are closed on Sunday & Bank holidays.

If the product is already shipped from our end, we cannot accept cancellation for it.
